Plot[]
The runner of the horse shed explains to Dahlia that the three brought some horses and headed for Roaldton, so she begins chasing after them, after paying him. Instead of using a horse she uses her given weapon, Buzzsaw. While running she thinks about how Roald IV instructed her to kill Lily and her knights and that how interesting Lily is determines whether her or Roland dies first.
Carna yells at Vi about being a picky eater before asking Lily, who's pouting, if she's still mad about earlier. Half an hour earlier, they decide to get off their horses, with Vi explaining that they are going to Tellwex not Roaldton and that it will be a long trip. Lily asks about bringing the horses, which she has named Lily Sr. and Lily Jr., but Vi explains that they can't due to Tellwex's border being a steep cliff. The horses having been released.
Back in the present Lily argues that still could have brought it down and after Carna disagrees twice she decides to go rinse off. She then immediately asks Vi if her given weapon could have helped but he says to drop it. Later that night twobandits with pickaxes spot Lily and Carna sleeping in a tent, one of them asks where the other one is when Vi attacks one of them, him dodging. Vi says they need to learn to hide better, when one of the bandits says they weren't patient enough. Carna then kicks him in the face saying how he was talking to her. Carna saying next to Lily, who's out cold really made her tired so Vi says to end this quickly.
